Could you explain the essence of the collection and what has inspired you?
The idea of the fashion show was to really involve the earth in the show and everything that is changing. Together with Rembo Styling we created a collection of 20 sustainable dresses with which we really wanted to show the efforts we are making for the planet, for people and for nature.
We created a collection before the coronavirus, but I think, in the end, our dresses are very apt for any kind of party. So even now that people have to celebrate in smaller groups or gatherings, our dresses are perfect because they are very light and comfortable.
What do you think of the transformation of Valmont Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week into a digital experience?
We are big fans of the digital experience because I think we all have to adapt to the new reality and this way we can still present our dresses live to the audience as if they were here joining us in person. I really think this is the new reality and we all must change and go with new modern technology. This really is the way to go.
